My "Extreme Couponing" Adventure!
Isn't it beautiful! This is only PART of my OVER $300 dollar haul for LESS then $100 dollars. There were also 25/ 2 liters of Ed's brand of Soda, apples, asparagus and candy bars for the hubby. I'm hooked! I will never be the "extreme couponer" you see bringing home all the junk food they score for free (unless it's going to a food bank) but being able to cut our food bill like this and really stock up is awesome!
I've learned my hubby (God bless him) is NOT extreme couponing material. He is great at helping fill the carts with me and the boys, but then needs to disappear during checkout which is way to stressful for him = ) The boys on the other hand are total troopers and even getting into all the savings they see Mom getting. Nathaniel even helped me remember a valuable comp ad I would need for one of the stores we went too.
Now to figure out how to get free stuff like TP, toothbrushes, soap, laundry detergent etc. or better yet getting paid to take it out of the store! Yes I've seen people actually do it!
Well, we're set for all our summer BBQ's with 70 bottles of BBQ sauce that cost me a whopping .09 cents per bottle = ) Maybe you'll be lucky enough to be on that invite list! If you've been to one before then you know we don't mess around when it comes to entertaining = )
